Over the years, Servilusa has always evolved with the purpose of providing an ever better service. Today it is the largest and most modern Funeral Home in Portugal, 100% owned by Grupo Mémora Funeral Home whose capital is mainly owned by Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, the largest Toronto-based pension fund currently covering 318,000 Canadian teachers, in active and in retirement, in the Canadian province of Ontario.

Union of Portuguese burial societies (SCI and Euro Stewart) and the biggest spanish Funeral Home, Mémora, has become the largest European funerary group with the best offer at the professional level and quality in funeral services. In Spain, it performs about 43,800 funeral services a year, and in Portugal, with Servilusa about 5.500.

Servilusa fulfilled one of its main objectives, the improvement of procedures and implementation of the Quality System, culminating in the achievement of the company certification by NP EN ISO 9001: 2000.2005.

Servilusa obtains the certification standard NE 15017: 2005 Funeral Services, becoming the first funeral company to implement this system in Europe.
Servilusa acquires a Funeral Home in Porto ( Funerária Portuense).

Servilusa gets another certification NP EN ISO 14001: 2004 - Environmental management systems, which reaffirms the company's concern to minimize the environmental impact, in the development of its activity.

Servilusa obtained the certification of Social Responsibility for the Portuguese Standard NP 4469-1: 2008. The Servilusa’s Social Responsibility Management System has been implemented according to the requirements of the NP 4469-1 and integrated into the Quality Management System and Environment already deployed.
The ES Group 3i Group, SL, through the Grand Aberland company, SL, acquired 100% participation held by Acciona and the Caja Madrid.

Canada's largest pension fund, Ontario Teacher´s Pension Plan, enters the Spanish and Portuguese funeral markets, with the acquisition of the 3i Group S.L, position in the Mémora Group.
